I subscribed, with pleasure, to your online programming; but, when I tried to watch the 8/25 program, I saw only a black screen. I'm using a Mac, but can also use an Android if that will resolve the problem.
I've watched The Mclaughlin Group for decades and would hate to miss the opportunity of enjoying and being informed by your ongoing programming. (As a humorous aside, I was staying at a hostel in Istanbul about ten years ago sitting in the morning in the lounge listening to the Group when two young men came in and I asked them if they were bothered by the volume. One of the young men said no, not a problem because my father always watches the Group).

That is odd? WE just released this week's show. Try that one and let me know if you have the same problem....
Has your problem been resolved?
Yes. I believe I'm getting in as well as I can at this point. Please double check for me that I didn't accidentally pause my subscription. The email was confusing and wasn't sure if I pressed the correct tab. I wish to continue my subscription.
Thank you,
Linda
The automatic series numbering is a bit confusing with full episodes interspersed with bonus content.
The login requires that you have email access on the device you want to watch on, which may be awkward or not possible on a fire stick or smart TV.
Loading on a phone cannot be google or stick cast.
I am able to overcome these hurdles, but am concerned less determined subscribers may give up.
The whole process for watching content is more confusing and cumbersome than is the case for any other content I have ever viewed. I love the show, but each week there seems to be no rhyme or reason as to whether I have paid for a month or individual episode, I do not see anywhere on the site that clearly explains the fees and just lets you sign up. And this week, I am unable to watch the content. I have tried on my TV, windows laptop and ipad. I just keep going around in circles. It will probably work later. Right now it let's me click on the new episode and then the maze, endless options begin and it never leads to just watching the show. I've loved this show for ~40 years and am willing to pay to see it continue, but I can't spend 30 minutes every week trying to figure out how to watch the show. For any other show I want to watch it is not even a thought that I might not be able to figure out how to watch it.
Joshsimon,
I agree with all you have stated.
Yesterday, Saturday, I noted a $5.99 charge for the program on my credit card account. Naturally I thought I would be able to view today's program one hour after the live show aired, as was the case for the past four or five weeks. Bottom line, TMcG's prepayment system automatically charges my account, but then doesn't deliver the latest recorded rerun/episode as advertised. Another thing - I don't recall giving permission to automatically charge my credit card each time my $5.99 subscription fee expires.
The fix should be easy. But only if the TMcG producer hires out a better tech company. How hard could that be?
1. Customer opens an account with a valid credit card number.
2. Customer selects the number of reruns/episodes he wants to prepay for.
3. Customer receives TMcG's calculated payment total.
4. Customer accepts, or rejects purchase.
5. Customer receives email/txt of an itemized receipt as confirmation from TMcG of prepayment.
